Adele Koue Sungbeu, a 45-year-old midwife from the Ivory Coast, recently among 28 women who have recently been to repair the influence of women’s genital bodies (FGM). The procedure taken at a State Hospital in the Abidjan is part of the groundbreaking initiative to establish free operations to FGM victims, and to help both physical and psychological wounds.
