“Unbearable”. So much Calgarian Paul Hughes Describes the latest Russian attacks in Ukraine.
“For the last three hours, the city was bombed by the kings and missiles and missiles and cruise missiles and cruise missiles,” Hughes said on Thursday evening with global news from Kiev’s dark capital.

Hughes has been in Ukraine since 2022 voluntarily engage in humanitarian Canada charITY hugs (to help Ukraine – OTROOTS Support).
A few weeks after his arrival, he worked with the 22-year-old Mackenzie and Ukrainian troops, organizes relief efforts and humanitarian assistance for IDPs along the war.
On the Day of Canada, Mackenzie was injured in one of these massive Russian bombings.
Fortunately, he is still alive, but his injuries are not clear yet.

Hughes has people who have contacted the Canadian embassy and trying to return his son to Canada. But Mackenzie said no – he did not want to leave Ukraine.
“Kiev takes very good care here here,” Hughes said. “Burns are in a burning section. I want to say that some of the best doctors in the world are Ukraine for the past three and a half years. Thus, it takes exceptional care at the moment.”

After the Russian bombings killed so innocent, Hughes is inspired by the courage of the Ukrainian people.
“There are regular citizens, civilians, civilians to die regularly from terrorist attacks, regularly.
“It is something to meet your total wars and a front and soldier and soldier soldiers and artillery, but it is serious attacks on the civilian population and it is clean terrorism.”

“He is a very strong young man and he has a really good chance to return to the form,” said Hughes. “This is a hope of a father. I love my son.”
