One million invisible children without South Africa’s birth certificates

One NGO took to the South African government to the court with a background of hundreds of thousands of applications for the late birth records, some people are waiting for an answer for a response from home work. Living without a certificate of birth restricts access to health and education in South Africa. On the continent, more than half of Africa have no legal identity form.
