Apple COO Jeff Williams to step down later this month

Jeff Williams, Apple’s Chief Operating Director, refuses role in the end of this month declared The company’s Tuesday. Sabih Khan, who served as a deputy chairman of operations, was appointed as a new coo.

Williams has decided to retire and hope to spend more time with friends and family, including five grandchildren and counting.

Before retiring this year, Williams CEO Tim will continue to report and control the design team, as well as Apple Watch. After Williams’s retirement, Apple’s design team will pass directly to the report.

In about three decades, Williams, which worked in Apple, iPod and iPhone programs played an important role in monitoring the development of Apple clock and monitor the design team among other contributions.
