Azerbaijani Arguj Kalantarli, “Invisible Scale” in Gaza “Humanitarian Disaster” note in the humanitarian catastrophe, member state Palestine.
According to the Azerbaijani Press Agency, the Secretary General of the International Civil Defense Organization (ICDO) was elected in the meeting in Baku.

ICDO is an intergovernmental organization that contributes to the development of systems by countries to help protect the population, property and the environment from natural or technological disasters and conflicts.
Four members of the organization – Azerbaijan, Serbia, Burkina Faso and Tunisia candidates worked for a position.
