The Democratic Republic of the Congo and the M23 rebel group announced the principles of Qatar to fight in East Congo in Qatar.
The declaration was signed between the representatives of both parties in Doha on Saturday.
DRC and Rwanda-supported M23 rebels have been engaged in heavy battles full of M23 Bloody January attack and capture the two largest towns of DRC.
Throughout December, the conflict has roots in the genocide of Rhooka in 1994, and primarily consists of ethnic tuts, M23.
