The US ruled the ruling government Can deport Mahmud Khalil, Colombian University graduates was arrested by immigration workers last month.
Mr. Khalil said that in the Louisiana Investigation Center, US immigration workers were deported to participate in the protests against the war in Gaza.
The Palestinian activist is a constant legal resident of the United States and was not accused of crime. The government wants to bring him a cold war era under the law of immigration.
In a letter written by the enterprise, Mr. Khalil said that he was “a direct result of arresting,” he said for Palestine.
The judge said the Trump administration was allowed to advance Mr. Khalil’s progress and the dispute to the “negative policy results” is “reasonable”.
Judge Khalil’s lawyers applied to the deportation of Algeria or Syria until April 23.
“I would like to quote what you say that this court has nothing more important than the relevant process and the main fairness,” Mr Khalil said.
“We are clear that we are witnessing today, none of these principles have not participated today or in this process,” he said. “This is why the Trump leadership sent me to this court, and 1000 miles from my family.”
