The Democratic Republic of Rwanda and the Congo signed an agreement to respect each other’s sovereignty and prepare a peace agreement by May 2.
The management of the deal was signed by the foreign ministers of the two countries in Washington, the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is also attending the Friday ceremony.
