Justice Alexandre de Moraes, chaired by the case, argued that Rodrigues adapted to the protesters who wanted to overthrow the government “consciously and voluntarily”.

Bolsonaro also faces a criminal case in connection with the alleged coup attempt. If the sinner was found, he faced more than 40 years in prison.
