The Indian government blocks youtube channels of Shoaib Akhtar and other Pakistan cricketers

After a deadly terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam region, the Indian government includes several Pakistani YouTube channels, including prominent cricketers Shoaib akhtarSimple hand and Rashid Latif. On Monday (April 28, 2025, the ban, India and Pakistan, 26 civilians allegedly lived in the last week, the tension was increased after the attack.

The Indian government moves harshly against YouTube channels Pakistan

The Ministry of Human Affairs (MHA) advised the spread of “fake and incorrect narratives”, which “provocateurs and address-sensitive content” and the “fake and incorrect narratives targeting Hindi, its armed forces and security agencies. The ministry said that these channels were particularly active in promoting such content after the tragedy of Pahalgam.

Blocked channels command a massive online presence of more than 63 million subscribers. The list includes Great Pakistan news organizations such as DAnn News, Samaa TV, Ary News, Bol News, Raftar, Geo News and Suno News. This widespread prohibition is a decisive step towards curbing the Indian government’s state of information that is considered harmful to national security and public order.

Indian users who are working on these channels are already meeting with a standard YouTube message, “This content is unavailable in this country due to the government’s command of national security or public order in this country.”

Among the list of Shoaib Akhtar’s YouTube forbidden channels

Pakistan Paker Pacer Shoaib Akhtar among the most prominent affected by Castrdown. YouTube channel, which are more than 3.5 million subscribers, including large cricket lovers, deep cricket analysis and comments. Along with the congestion of the king of the seeker, former cricketers and Rashid Latif’s friends, emphasize the width of the government’s action.

This digital block is a direct result of a terrorist attack on April 22, which has opened fire on tourists, resulting in the tragic deaths of 25 Indian citizens and one Nepali citizen.

Outside of the ban on YouTube, in response to the Indian government’s Pahalgam attack, India living in India, including the postponement of the Indian water agreement and instructions for Pakistani citizens, the Indian government initiated the government.
