Judge Michael Jesic, Eric and Lyle Menendez gave a 50-year new penalty for life. The brothers should now argue for release of the state in front of the Parole Board.
The couple killed Kitty and Jose Menendez, but after the abuse of years, they said they came out of self-defense.
Prosecutors claimed that the killed of the brothers’ hunting rifles were lucky to take their parents, and should not be liable and released. The work that caused books and documentaries is still divided by America.
After agreeing to the judge, the brothers made an emotional statement to the court. They passed the decision to detail the details of strong murders and their reload and hit their parents in a dotted space in the living room.
They both apologized for their movements and helped those who were arrested if they were talking about their hopes to work with sexual exploitation and released.
“I had to stop being hard and immature, I really have to understand what the ones in recent moments will be to understand what happened.”

The judge said that the judge was “noteworthy” in his brother’s prison, the original sentence was right then.
He said that under the instructions, they have been a 50-year-old penalty for 50 years and deserved to be sensitive. The brothers have already sentenced more than 30 years in prison.
The brothers’ lawyer Mark Geragos said, “Today is a great day after 35 years,” he said. He said, “It was a big step to bring the boys home.”
Anamaria Baralt, the cousin of the brothers who testified in the court earlier the day, said he liked his families.
“It’s a difficult process,” he said about the condition of hearing waiting for his brothers, but “these doors are impatient,” he said.
In the court, his relatives argued with a judge to allow relatives and brothers to release.
Ms. Baralt said that they were close to them because they are, said they deserve the judge’s second chance in life.
“It was a nightmare,” he said. “I am hopeless for the end of this process.”
MS Baralt said they often talked to the court, and the brothers and the brothers and “they have their actions.”
According to him, Lyle Menendez said he accepted the witness to lie when he testified in his previous court.
But he added: “He is many different people.”
