Rite belonging, including CVS Health Corporation (NYSE: NYSE), sold more than 1,000 US store pharmacy operations of the US store.CVS), Walgreens, Albertsons and Kroger, continued chapter 11 within the bankruptcy process.

CVS Health Corporation (NYSE: CVS), as the largest buyer, agrees to receive 64 physical stores in Oregon, Oregon and Washington, gaining recipe records from more than 600 Rite Aid locations in 15 countries. Deals are waiting to be confirmed from the bankruptcy court.

Despite asset sales, Rite remains open, stays open and can continue to use customers to use pharmacy services continuously. CEO Matt Schroeder said contracts will allow the pharmacy customers to pass smoothly while helping to keep some employees. He stressed that customers have ensured that customers receive pharmacy care and services without any breach.
