ZeniMax union reaches tentative agreement with Microsoft

The union’s quality assurance workers Zenimax media Today, Microsoft announced that Zenimax has reached an initial contract with the mother. Employees represented by America’s communications workers have been said that this agreement has been “new standards for industry” that also include new salary agreements and AI tools.

According to the association, the new contract includes a new minimum salary, management, arbitrary dismissal, complaining procedures and new lending policy ensuring that employees entering game loans. The agreement also includes pre-agreed rules for the use of AI in the workplace.

CWA was reported that long negotiations did not continue due to disagreements on labor experiences. The members of the Union even allowed a holiday permit in April, noting that there are no remote job choices with Microsoft and their household employees have changed household workers.
