Ukraine and Russia are exchanging another prisoner

Ukraine and Russia exchanged both sides (POW) within the agreements made in Istanbul on Saturday. Kiev claimed that Moscow returned another group of another unknown person, Russia claims that Russia was “belonging to Ukrainian citizens, including military personnel.”
