Facebook will soon roll out support for passkeys on Android and iOS

Facebook, both iOS and Android spreads support for Passkeys on social network declared Wednesday.

Passkey entries make it difficult for your accounts to access your accounts because they require physical access to your phone. Unlike standard entries, Passkeys use a face number or touch identity card, a pin or physical security identification key to confirm entries.

Passkeys eliminate the need to trust the username and password compounds that can be sensitive to phishing and other issues.
