Russia returns the villages in the Kursk before the US Ukrainian talks

Russia’s Defense Ministry said they were accounted for settlements in the Western Kursk region of Ukraine in the Kursark district of Ukraine, they said that they were moving forward in the Sumy region of Ukraine.
