At least 28 dead after the door of the tourist ship in Vietnam Ha Long Bay

A tourist ship carrying 50 people inhabited by more than 50 people, killing at least 28 and missing them. According to local media, most passengers on board were families of Hanoi, including many children. Rescue work continues on the popular UNESCO World Heritage website.
