We use thermocaps associated with a computer program to measure internal grilling temperature.
We try the main types of different grids in different ways, but for most of the honey and raven racks of chickens and slowly include a high heat test like a medium, indirect heating test. We have downloaded this to a Tee with more than 30 grill tests. To determine what will be the best open barbecue grill, we collect information including the temperature inside the grill and the temperature inside the temperature inside the grill and temperature. All this information helps you find the places where the grills are hot spots or thermometer inconsistencies.
I’m using Infiray P2 for How fast the grids warmed up and warm the heat and the speed. Just because there is a lot of temperature, it feels a good idea for how well each grill spreads the necessary heat. The Infiray P @ allows you to receive temperature readings at many points along the heat area for a better average result. I use to see if there is any large heat loss from other areas in the grill that can show poor quality structure.
We also use a stopwatch to determine how quickly the temperature falls from a minute interval when opening the lid. It is a particularly useful test for smokers, where you may need to check the meat here, but you do not want to compromise cooking time. I would always suggest using a Meat thermometer “target =” _ self To check the internal temperature of any food you smoked, almost all around 100 degrees lost 100 degrees.
