The former Chicago White Sox Pitcher Bobby Jenks died at the age of 44 from a rare form of stomach cancer.
Jenks was a star twice a star for Chicago White Sox and was part of the team that completed the 88-year expectation for the title of a world series in 2005.
The final pitch of the match was threw a quarter in a row as the White Sox defeated Houston astros.
“We lost a wired member of the White Sox family,” said White Sox chairman Jerry Reinsdorf said.
“None of us will forget that Bobbi is doing for the entire Sox during the 2005 World Champion and Chicago.”
