Bulgaria will join the Euro-Currency region in January 2026

The European Commission gave a green light to adopt the euro on January 1, 2026 for Bulgaria, the country carried out a course to become a 21st member of the currency zone. Brussels says Bulgaria has now encountered all criteria, including the eurozone, including price stability and financial discipline. However, the Bulgarians are divided and many protesting outside the parliament.
