(Reuters) -Buyout company Thoma Bravo, after receiving interest from the potential buyers of document processing software, said people familiar with Thursday.

Thoma Bravo works with investment bankers in Lazard in the sales process, the sources had already come from other private capital companies.

As part of any agreement, Thoma Bravo may decide to protect the share of minorities in the April. They also warned that no sale was guaranteed and spoke about the anonymity for discussion of the secret discussions.
