Frozen trees snap in ontario ice storm

More than 350,000 Canadians, an ice storm passing through the region in the weekend, faced power cuts in southern Ontario.

The images shows a city that declares an emergency situation on Sunday due to storms, orillia’s ice-covered trees, parks and homes.

City officials described the situation as “very serious.”
