Gibbs’ comment reflects a concern of many cricket analysts – Dhoni’s limited cracking activity outside IPL may prevent the match fitness and batting rhythm. The 42-year-old legend has not participated in any form of local or international cricket outside the IPL since the international pension in August 2020.
