How to Make AI Faster and Smarter—With a Little Help from Physics

What is AI scientist – just a fancy’s neuron net?

This is not a single nervous network, but rather computer programs ensemble that can help scientists make new discoveries. My group has already prepared an algorithms that can help individual tasks trying to identify global temperature drivers or the effect of vaccinations related to the impact of disease related to disease.

Now we are building a larger “basic” model that is very versatile to manage multiple tasks. Scientists collect information from all types of tools and want to include different data types, text, pictures and videos of our model. We have an early prototype, but we want to prepare our model more comprehensive, smarter and smarter and better. This can happen over a few years.

Dreaming you can do that?

AI can practically help each step of the scientific discovery process. When I say “AI scientist,” means AI scientific assistant. In an experiment, the stage of literature survey, for example, usually requires mass data collection and organizational efforts. But now a large language model can read and summarize thousands of books during a lunch break. The EU is not good, and is judged from scientifically. In this case, it cannot compete with an experienced researcher. Although AI can help with the design of the design and information analysis of experiments and data analysis of experiments, it is still unable to implement advanced practices.

How much would you like to see the concept?

As I have imagined, an AI scientist can eliminate researchers of some fighters while allowing people to manage creative aspects of science. That’s something we are especially good. Make sure the goal is not to replace human scientists. I don’t imagine – I don’t want to see – do not want to interfere or intervene in human creativity.
