Human Rights Watch called on the suspension of Afghanistan in response to the Afghan women’s rights of the International Cricket Council.
All women sports are effectively under the regime, mostly illegally, most of the female cricket team live in exile.
This was allowed to continue to participate in the international match, including the ICC’s membership in direct violation of its membership in its own terms, but the Afghan men’s team will continue to participate in the international game, including the ICC Champion Cup.
Britain was under political pressure to boycott the group matches, as a result after being defeated by the fixture.
HRW’s Global Initiatives Director Minky Worden, the Management Authority, ICC Chair Jay Shah’a, Jay Shah, who is a member of the UN and international cricket, women and girls can once again participate in the country again.
“We also call on the ICC to implement human rights policy based on the United Nations leadership in business and human rights.
“The Afghan Cricket Council (ICC) does not obey the Afghan Cricket Council (ICC), which does not allow women and girls to play cricket and compete in the international level.
“The global sponsors of the Cricket, the Global Olympic Committee, which includes Cricket 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, are already ignoring the violation of the Taliban’s clear sexual discrimination and Olympic principles.
“The International Cricket Council is responsible for not to ignore the systems and the worse, systematic sex.”
Afghanistan’s group stage was eliminated in the Champions Champions Cup, and after the rain of rain against Australia ended in the half.
The team qualified for the semifinals last year’s T20 World Cup in 2023 after defeating England in the sixth World Cup in 2023.
