For most people, a holiday idea abroad contains a suitcase of a suitcase and a weekend, a weekend or not more than a weekend or more.
But one day for Monica Stott is enough to fly into another country, explore and return home before bedtime.
37-year-old Wrexham from WRexham enjoys participating in the strikes known as extreme days, and one day visited Milan, Bergamo, Lisbon, Amsterdam and even Reykjavik.
“I think people are always surprised that you felt like you had a holiday,” said Monica.
Monica, who is completely traveling blogger, said the work of a one-day trip to the ending the work of the day of the trip was formed for him.
“When I was my clients there, my first few overroll visits were Irish,” he said.
“I often opened a lot of time for a time or two hours. Then I realized I could stay, and I could have a full day of it.”
Monica, then discovered a number of Facebook groups shared their experiences of extreme day walks of people and inspired them to order themselves in their free time.
“The most of the best holiday memories suggests that they are prepared in the first or two days. When I thought about it, I agreed. The first time it happens when it comes to the first time.
“You take the time for breakfast, you are as much as possible and then you fly home at night. It’s a strong, busy, crazy day.”
Although Monika is busy in busy days, a 18-year-old student from Cardiff Luke Chijiutomi-Ghosh took a step to everything.
“On Christmas Eve, Prague began when I found a flight for the return of £ 15.
“So I thought I could walk around the day and walk around the city in the city day and night around the city.”
Luke said he realized that it takes only six hours to explore a city.
A few weeks later, when they were vacated in Paris, he decided to see how many neighboring countries could travel through the train.
“I went to Luxembourg, Brussels and Amsterdam and returned to Paris for the same day.”
Luke’s logic, he probably had a day trip in the UK, he said he needed to spend a lot of time.
Facebook groups have shared experiences of extreme days of extreme days, some members of the same members of the regional England airports.
Monica and Luke said their trips were effective, budget-friendly and helped to break the routine from the house without needing a week.
“People always like to visit places like Paris or Rome, but don’t have time or money for a long trip. It doesn’t have a way around it,” said Monica.
It is also a practical choice for Luke.
“I look at how much I spend on a student’s night, sometimes I spend it up to £ 60 or 70.
Despite the enthusiasm of Monika and Luke, extreme days criticized the picnic for the environment.
2.4% of the flying global greenhouse gas waste and 8% of British emissions are responsible.
These gases warm up the atmosphere that contributes to global warming and climate change.
Both Monica and Luke recognize this issue.
“I think people get more flights and the airlines put more flights, then I see it as a negative impact,” said Monica.
“But many people make excessive day walks because you don’t have a longer holiday or have time.
“I don’t think that a person’s holiday is fair to say that another person is more important than the holiday, because they are already taking longer.”
Luke claimed that flights would be often.
“Seat will be filled by someone,” he said.
“Also, if another form of traffic can be used, it would be a good idea. For example, I did not take a flight on my journey covering three cities.”
Both also said that the journeys of excessive day travel due to the high price of public transport in the UK.
Monica said that their trips require careful planning.
“I try to choose the directions less than two hours. This is a very long journey day after two hours.”
He also said he was trying to calm down at the airport to escape unnecessary stress.
“Many people are really excited or worried at the airport and it can be tedious,” he said.
“If you only act like riding a train or a bus, you don’t use all your energy with after-that vacation.”
