In the aftermath of America Roe America, the women suffering from mistakes are in danger of detention

Since the US Supreme Court cancels the decision of Roe V. in 2022, more American women were prosecuted for the prosecutor’s office for mistakes accused of illegal abortion. These persecution is based on a legal concept known as “Fetal Identity”, which means fetals, and in some cases, the fertilized eggs now have the same legal rights – any pregnancy is a potential criminal.
