There are a few things I will not leave once air fryer. Soup? Not necessarily. Casserv? Perhaps. Cabbage of Roses? Well, yes. In fact, this was my choice of food and I am always happy with the results of cooking this healthy and delicious snack.
I like cauliflower in every way, but as everything is, I love this veggie dawn in this buffalo sauce. Now I’m here to convince the taste of Buffalo Cabbage same for buffalo chicken wings This is not because the weather is also for my whip. I promise, though it is still delicious and oh is very simple. And the best is still pleased with your spicy enthusiasm, but as a healthier alternative to chicken wings.
Here’s all you need.
Step 1: Wash and chop the cauflower into bite-sized pieces and dried thoroughly.
Step 2: Put the pieces with a pinch of olive oil and add the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and pepper until the pieces cover slightly. (Most of the flavors do not want to exceed the Buffalo sauce, so how much flower cabbage I do not turn on the amount of spices you need.)
You can choose your favorite spices for this side dish.
Step 3: Mix Cauliflower then put the pieces into a layer of air frier. Put the dish on the side. Fahrenheit of 400 degrees, 400 degrees in 10 minutes, reduced the basket.

Step 4: After 10 minutes, put the cauliflower back in a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce on top. (No need to worry about crossable pollution as you want with chicken wings!)

Note: This recipe will not cause a crisp cauliflower because there is no cover of corn or flour, it will still be a delicious, infused veggie.
