North Korea caught three shipbuilding officials on the Iranian accident during the launch of a new military ship on Wednesday.
The parts of the destroyer of the 5,000-ton, were crushed during the starting ceremony of the ship.
North Korea’s leader Kim Jong UN investigation continues in connection with the incident.
North Korea’s official news agency KCNA identified those who were appointed as chief engineer of the courtesy Chongjin Shipyard, as well as the president and administrative manager of the construction.
The report said the three people were “responsible for the accident.”
On Friday, KCNA, the shipyard manager Hong Kil HO, said he was called by law enforcement.
Satellite images showed the ship lying on the side of the large blue tarpaulins and some of the ship appeared to be on land.
North Korea’s state media have declined to fall damage, casualties or injuries in time.
KCNA stated that there are no holes under the ship – opposite to preliminary reports.
“The corps was scratched in the starboard and flowed on a certain amount of sea water to the Sterern section,” he said.
On Friday, the accident was caused by “absolute carelessness, irresponsibility and scientific empiricism.”
Added that those who are “irresponsible mistakes” will be resolved next month.
It is not clear what will be able to face the punishment, but the authoritarian state has a record of human rights.
