Pierre Poilievre, Canada’s opposition leader, loses seats in parliament

The leader of the Conservative Party Pierre Poilievre, as a parliamentary representative of the Ottawa region, could question the party leadership.

Mr Poilievre was first elected as a member of the parliament representing a rural area bordering Ottawa River in 2004. His long-term conservative seat flew into the liberal party.

Bruce Fanoy, a well-known community volunteer, but the long shot, the team won the race.

Mr Poilievre embraced some rhetoric of Trump’s rhetoric, “Against Radical Oyanteology” and cut out foreign aid.
