Rwanda and Dr. Kongo, US broker in Washington signed a peace agreement, DC

On Friday, the Democratic Republic of Rwanda and the Congo signed a peace agreement by the United States on Friday, in 1994, the decade of the violent struggle returned to the Rwanda genocide.
