Rwandan and DRC officials sit for the second round of talks as M23 intermediaries

The second round of talks between the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Rwanda Democratic Republic of Congo was held. Qatar brokers also met with representatives of the M23 rebel group that supported Rwanda. DRC President Felix Tshisekedi and his counterpart Paul Kagame, last week for the first talks of Doha, attacked in the eastern region.
