South African leaders announced their troops from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which helped the government fight against rebels.
The decision to start “staged withdrawal” was held on Thursday during a 16-member South African development community (SADC).
The troops fought against the Rhooka supported M23 rebels to support the Congolese army two years ago.
