Sweden’s Foreign Minister was found dead in question between his counterparts and his colleagues with suspicion of espionage this week.
The man described as a high-ranking diplomat was arrested on Sunday by the Swedish Säpo intelligence service and released on Wednesday. The prosecutors rejected that they said they said they were questioned.
Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard released an expression that the diplomat’s family, friends and colleagues said, and it was a difficult day.
He said he could not provide information about the work. Police said there were no suspicious situations around his death.
Former Foreign Minister Carl Bildt described the “tragic late ambassador” as an extremely talented and authorized competent working in various roles.
Sweden’s reports have been placed as the latest ambassador outside of Europe for a long time. He wanted to confirm that the death was an ambassador, he said that his lawyer had no comments from Anton Strand.
The images of the door of the diplomat on the Swedish TV was openly open as soon as it was arrested.
The diplomat asked for medical treatment for injuries, and then presented a report on excessive force. Säpo said the arrest is peaceful.
Mr. Strand said in a statement to the BBC: “In detention, the official report on the abuse has reached a unit of special research. In this regard, the investigation has begun.”

Mr. Strand did not comment on this, but he received the news of his client’s death on Friday and his thoughts were with his family.
