SovereigntyDevelopment story,
The Constitutional Court of South Korea, President Yoon Suk-Yeol said he violated the main rights of a person by announcing the battle law.
Seoul, South Korea – South Korea’s constitutional court unanimously announced a statement on the Declaration of President Yoon Suk-Yeol last year.
Since the court reads the verdict on Friday, Moon Hyung-Bae rejected the reasons for Hyung-Bae announcing the war law and overturned the president by placing troops on the streets of the capital in December.
“The suspect mobilized the military and police forces to dismantle the powers of the constitutional organizations. Thus, the Constitution left the Constitutional debt to seriously betray the credibility of the Korean people,” he said.
“Such illegal and constitutional behavior constitutes an act that cannot be tolerized under the Constitution.
“These actions are important for negative consequences and ripple effects and are due to the dismissal of the president of the embarrassment of the shameful order of shame order by removing the constitution from the office,” he said.
Yoon, on December 3, declared the late December 19 Delay Delayed Laws, claimed that the anti-state and North Korean forces were leaking the government.
However, large military and police officers sent to the national parliament, said that Yoon prevented the arrest of rival politicians and preventing the charter of the military rules.
The South Korean National Assembly voted for Impeach on December 14, but they needed the Constitutional Court to officially approve him.
The government is now 60 days to hold presidential elections. The President Han Duck-Soo will be in his position until then.
Outside of the Justice, Joon was greeted with applause by his critics. Basically, the fans of the old protesters, a majority of the majority, were relatively quiet, and several defective “fake elections” and “corruption” are falling from the crowd.
The court became a political lightning bar in South Korea, both in both weeks or weeks and weeks and in weeks.
The Constitutional Court has allocated 20 places to comply with the trial, but 96,370 people applied for the slots.
