A young father allegedly in the United States was detained illegally and accused of killing his 2-month-old daughter.

Authorities lived at home with his 20-year-old children in Rabanales-Pretzantzin’s house.
A 1-year-old boy was removed from the house and was taken to a hospital for an assessment for any injuries.
Investigators believe that the mother does not participate in the abuse of children.
Rabanales-Pretzantzin was arrested on Thursday in the Nassau District Court and was caught foreclosed.
