The federal judge ordered the name Maryland to return a Maryland man who was mistakenly deported to a prison in El Salvador.
Kilmar Abreago Garcia, who was chased with hundreds of alleged gaps, ordered the United States Referee Paula Xinis not later than Monday.
The US Immigration and Customs Execution (Ice) said in the recent court, saying that Mr. Garcia is an administrative error. The immigration referee has protected the deportation in 2019.
