Talisman Saber, the largest war drill in Australia, is training and is expected to attract the attention of Chinese spy ships. Talisman Saber began as a two-year joint exercise between the United States and Australia in 2005.
This year, more than 35,000 servicemen, including more than 19,000 servicemen, said in Canada, Fija, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Papua, Singapore, Tonga and the United Kingdom, Singapore, Tonga and the United Kingdom.
Malaysia and Vietnam also participate as observers.
