The Russian billionaire says the change in the SAP program is expensive, but it is important


Moscow (Reuters) -Rusian steel billionaire Alexey Mordashov said that Germany will need more time and money than expected to develop an alternative to the extensive work program in SAP, but is a matter of survival.
