The United States implements carbon talks on shipping, calls on to follow others

The United States withdrawn from talks in the Negotiation sector in London, and said that “mutual measures” will be considered to replace any rights on “mutual measures” in Washington.

Representatives are headquartered in the UN shipping agency for negotiations on decarbonization measures aimed at reaching net zero in the global shipping industry this week

A group of countries, including the European Union, which is presented to the UN International Sea Organization (IMO), asked for an agreement on the world’s first carbon to send a waste of greenhouse gas (GHG) waste.

“According to any effort or fuel choices to apply economic measures against the US, GHG waste or fuel choice, according to the diplomatic dementia sent to the US ambassadors

“For these reasons, the United States does not take part in negotiations in the IMO 83rd Marine Environment Committee on April 7-11 and calls on to reconsider the support for GHG waste measures taken into account.”

It was not clear how much IMO received the note of 176 people.

“If such an open unfair measure is a progress, our government will consider mutual measures to compensate for any other rights accused of US ships and compensate for any other economic losses of the American people,” Washington said.

Washington also noted the “Any proposed measure that will finance united environmental or other projects outside the shipping sector” or noted.

US officials in Washington did not comment immediately while contacting Tuesday.

An imo spokesman said that IMO has not received any communication.

Three percent of the world’s carbon dioxide, the world’s carbon dioxide, the environment and investors, which are around 90 percent of world trade, faced more concrete measures, including carbon monitoring.

Despite the movement of the United States, IMO discussions continued on Wednesday.

“The United States is one of the countries with a member of the 176 imo.

“In the markets, instability is more needed in a clear direction in this IMO meeting. We continue to negotiate with those who are ready to talk.”

China and Brazil are among a number of countries that oppose a flat carbon harvest in transportation, because it is delicate.

In January, US President Donald Trump, the United States ordered the United States to place the world’s highest historical issuers in the world’s highest historical excavations and the global cunt to push the peoples to resolve climate change.
