TikTok is testing its own version of Instagram’s ‘broadcast channels’


Tiktok tests a new messaging tool called “Bulletin boards”, a social network approved on Friday. Features allow brands and creators to share public, multiple messages to viewers. Bulletin boards are very similar to Instagram broadcast channel The feature starting in 2023.

As in the broadcast channels in Instagram, only one bulletin board can send a message and the audience is limited to leave emoji reactions. Bulletin boards support text, image and video recordings.
