HSBC’s long-term seat Sir Mark Tucker, Hong Kong-based insurer in September, to be a non-subjective chair of the AIA, noted the latest change in the reconstruction program.
Tucker, who has been the chairman of the British-Staff Bank for about eight years, said he would retire from the board last month.
