Ukraine complains about strikes on energy sites in Russia, Washington

Ukraine and Russia called on the United States to appeal to the preliminary deal after accusing each other that targeted each other on Tuesday. Kyiv, claiming that commitments made in Saudi Arabia were violated, asked to Moscow sanctions. The properties of the supposed agreement are not clear.
