Ukraine’s official official official died outside the School of Madrid

A past leading Ukrainian official was shot dead outside an American school in the Spanish capital, Madrid, and the authorities approved.

Andriy Portnov, 51, left his children at the school in the city of Pozuelo de Alarcón.
