Video: DRC and M23 rebel group Deal to end fights in Qatar | Conflict

Representatives of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the M23 rebels supporting Rwanda signed an agreement in Qatar to fight in East DRC in Qatar. The declaration shall meet the parties to a peace agreement, which includes the restoration of the state body in the east of the country.
