Russian President Vladimir Putin said he would not travel to Turkey to participate in talks between Moscow and Kiev on Thursday, despite the liking of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
White House officials said US President Donald Trump said he would not go to Turkey for negotiations, because Putin said that the list of Russian participants is relatively low-level officials.
