What Are Mail Categories on Your iPhone and How to Turn Them Off

Apple was released iOS 18.4 In March and this update brought some New Emoji to all iPhons. But when Apple is released iOS 18.2 In December, a new feature of your mail application that converts your incoming emails into different categories for you.

“Mail app automatically sorts your email messages to find and manage faster messages” Apple wrote online. But Mail, you can return your application to view the way you do before update, if you don’t like any concerns.

Here’s what you need to know to know postal categories and how to turn off the feature, it seems like you are before your application is updated.

What is the mail category?

Categories in the mail are similar to the categories you find in Gmail. Application filter your emails into four categories: Primary, operations, updates and promotions.

Emails with receipts, also order and delivery data fill in the transactions and news, social and other subscription emails. Emails with special offers and deals are going to promotions as you imagine.

The main category is a little harder to pin. Apple writes in a primary application for the “Most Important Messages”. Can I change an e-mail category?
