Dow missed other great indices on Tuesday, but it is still high in December.
The blue-chip index increased by 400 points or 0.9%. S & P reduced 500, 0.3%, and the Nasdaq composition has decreased by 1%.
Most of the shares actually rose, but some basic S & P members fought.
