Millions of young employees claim traditional retirement plans, the system does not reflect today’s economic realities away from traditional pension plans. The generation Z is not interested in climbing a corporate ladder. Instead, they pull their way. Will they really be able to retire? The successful costs, work instability and an uncertain economy, the traditional pensions feel like a relication of the past. Does the gen z need to prepare for a lifetime work?
