The easiest way to do this was found after many trials and mistakes, and the information was to spread the information that burns the anger, hate and desire. This is because people are angry, because they are tended to continue the information and spread to others, but also result in an increased sign.

So what do we do with the algorithm? For example, if it gives a goal as to increase confidence between people or increases the truth, the algorithm will never spread fake news. On the contrary, a better society will help build a better democratic society.
